If you’ve been relying on Citrix XenApp 6.5, then you have a few days left to figure out what's next.
At the end of this week, Citrix is sunsetting XenApp 6.5. This means you have a couple options to pick from and we hope you are prepared!
Option 1: Stay with XenApp 6.5
Technically, you can stay, but, without much support. You will need to proceed with caution. There will be no new product documentation and only limited support. You can still use the product as is, but you won't receive much help if something happens. By January 14, 2020 there will be no more support....at all.
Option 2: Upgrade to XenApp 7.X
Better than option 1, but still risky because you'll need to provide more time and money to make the upgrade. Additionally, the Citrix's Cloud Portal Services Manager is going away so make sure you understand how you will manage the environment before you go with option 2. It could prove more costly and challenging than expected.
Option 3: Move to MyCloudIT
